Above is a video of a recent conversation between courageous investigative journalist Vanessa Beeley and the insightful Matthew Ehret of Canadian Patriot and the Rising Tide Foundation.
Without necessarily agreeing with every single view held by either Matt or Vanessa, I very much recommend looking at all of their work and considering their analysis very seriously.
In this interview, Matthew Ehret raises some very important subjects, particularly one referenced in the title of the interview -- the concept of an "extinction-level event."
By "extinction-level event," he means a catastrophe or cataclysm capable of wiping out the entire human race and causing mankind to become extinct. Examples he offers during the interview include a strike by a meteor or asteroid, or a severe coronal mass ejection from the sun which scores a direct hit on our planet.
He points out that, unlike the dinosaurs or other species of animals which cannot plan for such an event or take steps to overcome such a catastrophe, men and women are endowed with the ability to potentially do so.
However, he warns that the ruthless, unnatural, immoral and oligarchical cabal which has worked to successfully seize control of western nations and to enrich themselves at the expense of the welfare of the men and women of those nations have an agenda which is dedicated to impoverishing the people, reducing their ability to use their divinely-inspired gifts to their full potential, de-industrializing and allowing infrastructure to decay or even actively dismantling infrastructure, decreasing energy production and energy availability instead of increasing its availability, and ultimately (although they are careful not to say it too directly) working to achieve the hideous and misguided Malthusian goal of actually decreasing the population.
These oligarchs and their policies, as Matt Ehret explains quite brilliantly towards the end of this conversation with Vanessa Beeley, will actually ensure that humanity will be completely ill-prepared to deal with a potential extinction-level event, unless we find a way to oppose their Malthusian agenda and remove them from power.
The reason that this subject resonates so powerfully with my work in researching the profound wisdom encoded in the world's myths, myths which can be shown to be built upon an ancient world-wide system of celestial metaphor, is that the evidence in the myths themselves (and in the presence of this world-wide system, which is already fully-formed and active in the writings of the very earliest civilizations known to us today, such as the cultures of ancient Egypt, ancient Mesopotamia, and ancient India) demonstrates that our species has already survived an extinction-level event at least once in the distant past!
The most logical explanation for this incredible system of celestial metaphor, present in the myths of cultures from every inhabited continent and island of our earth, is that it is the remains of a system that once operated prior to some terrible cataclysm -- a cataclysm of such magnitude that the survivors of that event were isolated from one another and only preserved fragments of whatever existed before.
Researchers such as Graham Hancock, Professor Robert Schoch, the late great John Anthony West, Randall Carlson, and many others provide strong arguments that our planet experienced just such a catastrophe, possibly due to the impact of a comet or other large body from space, possibly due to a coronal mass ejection of such magnitude that it irradiated the surface of the earth to a degree that men and women had to live underground for some number of generations, and possibly due to an object that also triggered a coronal mass ejection prior to entering earth's atmosphere, effectively causing a combined catastrophe of an impact plus irradiation.
The ancient myths thus become a kind of a time capsule preserving wisdom from those who were wise enough to ensure that our species survived even such a cataclysm as those described (based on geological and archaeological evidence) by the researchers mentioned above. The incredible message of the myths includes healing our own internal psychic landscape and -- related to that -- living in harmony with others and with Nature, and establishing societies that will enable men and women to express their divinely-given gifts to the fullest extent possible, for the betterment of society as a whole.
The cabal that opposes these goals is dead-set on going against those principles -- principles preserved for us in a system that almost certainly comes from distant ancestors who were able to ensure humanity's survival through some kind of extinction-level catastrophe.
In doing so, they are also going against the flow of the Universe itself -- because the wisdom in the myths clearly articulates the ideal of living in harmony with the will of the gods and the order of heaven, and the myths dramatize again and again the fact that while it is certainly possible to oppose the will of heaven and to throw one's every energy against it, such a course of action never turns out well.
As the interview above makes clear -- and as researchers such as Graham Hancock, Robert Schoch, and Randall Carlson also emphasize in their work -- it has never been more urgent for humanity as a whole to wake up to the very real danger of an extinction-level event, and to oppose the folly of those whose actions could cause humanity to fail to survive the next one, even though our distant ancestors managed to ensure humanity's survival (and thus our own lives, today) through some horrific catastrophe which even now is not acknowledged or considered by their heirs.
